Actor Matthew Perry has reportedly diedHe was 54 yearsold 

Perry, who was best known for playing Chandler Bing on Friends, was found dead at a Los Angeles-area home on Saturday, TMZ reported, citing law enforcement sources. Law enforcement sources also confirmed Perry's death to the Los Angeles Times.

The outlet reported that Perry was found in a jacuzzi at the home. 

Perry gained international recognition for his role as Chandler on “Friends,” which ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004. The actor received a Primetime Emmy nomination in 2002 for his performance in the beloved sitcom.

Along with “Friends,” Perry appeared in such television series as “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” “Go On” and “The Odd Couple.” Perry was the co-creator, executive producer and star of the ABC sitcom “Mr. Sunshine,” which ran from February to April 2011.

It’s believed he died after having a heart attack in the water.
